Egypt Moving Capital To Control Power

There a couple of countries that are moving there captial, that I heard off. Indonesia is one of them, and I also heard about Egypt. In general, I just thought that this was about a city reaching its limits and it being a better idea to start over with proper planning. But in Egypt it is something else, they are moving the capital to keep the power. An interesting and very concerning move is you ask me. After the revolution, they are literally making it more difficult for people to protest, and easier for the army to mobilize. The video sets it out pretty bleakly.
