People Make Games take a look at Working at Valve

A month ago this video from People Make Games came across my feed. They dove into the reality of working for Valve. A company that has become a sort of enigma within the gaming industry. Rarely giving insights, but still holding a lot of power & going about in their own way. Another company of this size would have milked any of their IP’s dry. Not Valve.
So if you are interested in how things are supposed to work within Valve, and how it is to actually work there. Grab a drink first, and make sure you have a comfortable seat because this video is over 40 minutes long. Long, but thorough. Though I do wish some of the companies would just open up to questions for a change.
